automatic SMS/email reminders, magic-link confirm/cancel, digital waitlist fill, and visible ROI
("rescued revenue"). EU-hosted, GDPR-by-design, no health/diagnosis data stored.

- B2B only; small-business VAT exemption (§ 19 UStG), no VAT charged
